ORGANISATIONAL REVIEWS
For a number of organisations (Government) supported the executive with development of future operating models and played key roles in the implementation and transition change management activities.
POST IMPLEMENTATION REVIEWS
For a crown research institute, designed, delivered and provided a Board debrief for a project post implementation review that needed to bring across lessons learned and recommended improvements in a way that was appropriate for the organisational culture, capability and maturity. So that way was in the theme of an imdb movie review.
This was well received and has been applied to many other clients since, including IQA’s.
COACHING AND MENTORING SENIOR DIGITAL LEADERS
Over the last four years, for a Health Insurer, for a Trustee Company, for a number of Government Agencies, and for the Ministry of Health during both the Covid lockdowns, a wide range of support has been provided to DCE/COO/CTO/CDO/CIO’s from engaging with Boards through to covering while overloaded or away from work.
At the end of each assignment a Closure Report is provided – example as below:

Directing, leading and managing some of the biggest in-flight programmes in the public sector including:
